Conor McGregor shares snap with daughter Croia in message to fans

Conor McGregor has shared a snap alongside his daughter Croia as he sent a message to fans on social media this morning.

The Irish UFC star has been recovering from a broken leg as he looks to make his return to the cage next year, but has been enjoying family time in recent months.

And as he celebrated his youngest son Rian's christening in Rome last month, he's since returned to Ireland with Dee Devlin and his family.

Taking to Instagram, he shared a picture with his daughter Croia, who turned two-years-old in January earlier this year.

And in a message to fans, the 33-year-old wished his 'positive' fans a good morning.

It comes after McGregor has been told a fight with Islam Makhachev would not be sanctioned for his return to the cage because he has a 'chicken heart'.

McGregor insists he will accept nothing less than a lightweight title shot on his return - but the UFC is unlikely to grant him the ambitious wish, Mirror UK reports.

And manager Ali Abdelaziz, who represented McGregor's bitter rival Khabib Nurmagomedov, has predicted the Dubliner will avoid a showdown with Makhachev and will lose to his other clients Justin Gaethje and Beneil Dariush.

He posted on Twitter : " Conor McGregor vs Islam Makhachev. This fight won’t get approved by Athletic Commission because his heart is small now, as a chicken heart.

"Conor McGregor vs Beneil Dariush - first round submission. Conor McGregor vs Justin Gaethje - second round TKO by leg kicks."
