Conor McGregor sends message to Dee Devlin as he posts worried looking photo of his girlfriend

Conor McGregor has sent a message to Dee Devlin over Instagram along with a picture of his girlfriend looking worried.

He posted the picture of his long-term girlfriend from before the Donald Cerrone win earlier this year.

Ireland's only-ever UFC champion said the picture showed "real pre fight nerves" but that she had nothing to worry about this time.

The Notorious said: "Real pre fight nerves. Real support. Don't worry baby I wasn't actin' the b****x this camp.

"What you want me to dust him with the shoulder blades? How many seconds? See you soon."

The Dubliner announced that he was hanging up the gloves via a social media post in the early hours of Sunday morning.

He walks away from the support with a record of 21 victories and four defeats, as well as competing in an historic boxing match with Floyd Mayweather.

However there has been rumours in recent days that the UFC might try and book a fight with McGregor on Fight Island later this summer.
