Conor McGregor sends crowd into frenzy at Dublin's Olympia theatre when attending James Arthur gig

Conor McGregor has shared a video from Dublin's Olympia theatre as fans screamed in delight seeing the UFC star.

McGregor is pals with former X-Factor winner and singer James Arthur and was his guest at his recent Dublin gig.

Arthur visited McGregor's Dublin's pub and posed for snaps with the Dubliner before the two whisked off to the Dublin city venue in front of a sold out crowd.

And McGregor took to social media as he shared a number of snaps with Arthur as well as videos from the venue as McGregor sent the crowd into a frenzy upon making an appearance.

Taking to Instagram, McGregor said: "A great day and night at @theblackforgeinn with @jamesarthur23 and team!

"An amazing musical performance by the lads along with the excellent hospitality my Black Forge Inn is renowned for and you’ve the perfect recipe for a great day and night!

"Good luck in the future James we are with you all the way my man. Thank you for the visit and thank you for the kind words"

Arthur himself had high praise for McGregor's Black Forge Inn, saying it was 'some of the best' he's ever had.

Taking to social media, he said: "Thank you so much @thenotoriousmma and your incredible staff at the @theblackforgeinn for your hospitality today the food and drink was some of the best we’ve ever head! Best stout in the game!

"I’ve been an admirer of this man and what he’s been able to achieve in his career and continues to achieve despite all the naysayers.

"I’ve followed his journey for over 10 years and have been inspired by him as I felt our stories aligned in a lot of ways. It was truly an honour to sit down and talk to the man in person today. He is as cool and as charismatic as you would think but also very humble.

"A proper man. Thanks again mate. Hope me and the band can put on an entertaining show for you tonight in Dublin."
