Conor McGregor shared a throwback photo to wish his mother Margaret a happy birthday on Saturday.
A young Conor sports a mushroom haircut in the snap that was taken many years before he shot to UFC fame.
The former two-weight champion commented on the post: "Happy birthday Ma love you."
The Notorious previously said he was in awe of his beloved mother because of how she overcame personal challenges.
He told Parimatch last year: "I have been very proud of my mother recently and she was actually going through some things and she came through it with flying colours and now she's like a completely new woman.
"When I see this, my mother is at the top, seeing her correct, she wasn't telling me: 'Conor, do this, do that' because that will make you almost rebel against it."
He added: "What she did was she led by example. I saw my mother in the great light she was in and I was in awe of it.
"I was like 'I'm gonna do that. I want to get to that stage. I want to be in this position
"And that motivated me to go and correct myself."
Margaret was unable to attend Conor's win over Donald Cerrone in Las Vegas at the start of 2020.
Last September the UFC star posted about his mum on Instagram.
He shared several pictures of her boarding a jet along with the caption: "The great woman who birthed me 32 years ago. Margaret Moore McGregor. Love ya Ma."
