Conor McGregor's pal Dillon Danis makes $12million offer to Jake Paul after Tyron Woodley fight

Conor McGregor's training partner Dillon Danis has told Jake Paul he is willing to bet $12million that he won't meet the same fate as Tyron Woodley did last night.

Paul - the 24-year-old YouTube and social media star-turned boxer - KO'd Woodley in the sixth round of their rematch in Florida and even called out McGregor afterwards.

Now McGregor's long-time pal Danis, 28, who holds a 2-0 record having only fought twice professionally in MMA, wants to take on Paul himself.

He took to Instagram and posted a picture of Woodley sprawled on the canvas, with the caption: "I’ll put 12 million you don’t do that to me deal?"

However Paul is targeting some more well-known names from the world MMA for his next money-spinning PPV boxing bout - including McGregor's old rival Nate Diaz and welterweight ace Jorge Masvidal.

It appears Danis already owes a Twitter follower $2,000, having bet that Paul would not beat Woodley.

Earlier in the week he tweeted: "If Jake Paul beats Tyron Woodley I’ll give one person who likes this tweet $2,000 Must be following to win! @dillondanis."

Danis has some other concerns on his plate, however, with English UFC legend Michael Bisping telling him to leave the MMA scene following his recent arrest in America.

Danis was arrested in September outside a bar in Seaside Heights, New Jersey, and charged with disorderly conduct after he allegedly “created a disturbance”.

He was allegedly involved in an altercation with a security guard, who in eyewitness footage shared by someone at the bar appeared to submit the jiu-jitsu black belt.

Bisping said: "I think he (Danis) has had two fights for Bellator, he’s best known for being Conor McGregor ’s No.1 coat rider, if you know what I mean.

"Apparently he’s good at Jiu-Jitsu or whatever, I think he’s got plenty of losses in that world as well, and he just copies Conor’s whole schtick. He’s a very, very, very, very, poor man’s Conor McGregor."
