Conor McGregor's niece Taylor wishes her girlfriend a happy 21st birthday with sweet post

Conor McGregor's niece Taylor has wished her girlfriend Shauna a happy 21st birthday with a number of sweet posts on Instagram.

The daughter of the UFC star's sister Erin shared a number of snaps on her Instagram story.

Commenting on them, she said: "Want to be the first to wish my best friend and girlfriend a huge happy 21st birthday.

"I love you more than I could ever explain thanks for being my rock and always making me laugh."

She added: "I don't know how I got so lucky with you I know this isn't the day we had planned but we will make the most of it.

"You keep me sane through crazy times."

It continues: "You have the kindest soul and are the most beautiful person in and out.

"My rave partner for life.

"Always have my back and I always have yours.

"Like I mean come on. Many more date nights when this is all over I love you so much baby girl."

Taylor has been a regular at her uncle's fights over the years and she was accompanied by Shauna in Las Vegas when The Notorious defeated Donald Cerrone in January.

Meanwhile, Dee Devlin says she is so proud of her partner Conor McGregor for donating €1million worth of protective equipment to frontline staff.

50,000 masks were delivered to Irish hospitals thanks to the UFC star's donation on Saturday.

Posting on Instagram, former hospital worker Dee said: "So proud of you Conor ❤

"Having worked in a hospital before, for years, I know how hard these women and men work to keep us all safe.

"To be providing them with the equipment they need to stay protected while they fulfill their roll is truly amazing to me ❤ #soproud #staysafeeveryone."

McGregor announced last month that he was making the donation in a Twitter conversation with Fine Gael TD Paschal Donohoe.

“I have used my platforms multiple times since this has began,” McGregor wrote to the Finance Minister in a lengthy reply.

“I went further and made the video. Today I am purchasing myself, €1 million euro worth of personal protective equipment to be deployed to all the fighting hospitals in the Leinster region,” he wrote.

“Our most affected region, to this date. St. James, Mater, Tallaght. Beaumont. Vincent’s. Where would we be without these brave men and women, I do not know.

“May God bless them and keep them safe! We need more units on the street to enforce this lockdown."

Entrepreneur Doug Leddin revealed over the weekend that protective equipment paid for by McGregor had been delivered to numerous hospitals across the country.

He posted on Twitter: "What a day! @TheNotoriousMMA made over €1 million available for sourcing and purchasing PPE equipment and with the driving force of @GalwayLeahy and assistance of @Heroes_Aid we delivered 50,000 ffp2 masks across Ireland today to our every day superheros. Kindness from everyone."
