Conor McGregor's Lamborghini ride prompts joke from coach John Kavanagh

Conor McGregor's coach and long-time pal John Kavanagh joked that his life 'looks terrible' as the fight star settles into retirement in style.

Flash car enthusiast McGregor has been holidaying in the French Riviera and the 32-year-old posted a video driving a Lamborghini as he enjoys soaking up the sun with partner Dee Devlin and their two children, Croia and Conor Jr.

An Instagram user messaged Kavanagh to say 'please help Conor McGregor', presumably hoping he can entice the fight star to return to UFC action.

But the Straight Blast Gym guru reckons his star pupil is doing just fine as he is.

He posted a reply on Instagram, joking: "Yes his life looks terrible rallying around in a Lamborghini, can you help me start a Go Fund Me?"

Megabucks McGregor has been mixing with the rich and famous on his holiday and even rubbed shoulders with the Prince and Princess of Monaco.

McGregor said that he and Princess Charlene, a former Olympic swimmer, were partnering to raise money for water safety awareness.

He wrote: "A Great day racing the water bikes with Princess Charlene of Monaco.

"A phenomenal athlete and Olympian, we are teaming up for a 180km voyage in September to raise awareness in water safety. I cannot wait!

"We will be utilising my training under the McGregor F.A.S.T program to excel on these mounted water bike devices, which are incredibly good!

"It is like Freedom out there! Thank you for the great day for my family Your Highness. In aid of the Princess Charlene of Monaco foundation."

He also posed for a photo with Russian gymnast Karolina Sevastyanova - who won gold at the 2012 London Olympics.
