Conor McGregor's 'F*** you' suit design turned into masks to fight coronavirus

Conor McGregor's "F*** you" suit design has been turned into a sensational coronavirus mask .

The Irishman wore the famous suit during his first press conference as he promoted his fight with Floyd Mayweather in 2017.

After its exposure McGregor's close friend, David August Heil, put the suit on the market for £5,000.

But the tailor has now adapted the attire into a mask that can be used to battle the coronavirus pandemic.

The face masks are being bought for a whopping £157m each as health workers look to protect themselves from the spread of Covid-19.

On his website Heil has said that he will give five medical masks to "hard-hit hospitals and clinics" for each cloth mask he sells.

He wrote: "Fresh new David August Couture design. 20 more patterns in work now. Beautifully handcrafted, perfectly fitted, 3 ply thickness, removable filter, & washable."

McGregor was quick to reply on social media with "Hahaha need."

The suit was the standout piece when the UFC star released his own clothing range after teaming up with Heil who is one of Hollywood's most in demand tailors.

Since starting out in 1989 he has teamed up with the likes of Arnold Schwarzennegger, Clint Eastwood, Sylvester Stallone, Will Smith, Robert Downey Jr, Kobe Bryant, Elon Musk and Warren Buffett.

The build up to McGregor's bout with Mayweather attracted so much attention that the "F*** you" suit got plenty of views.

Since the boxing legend got the better of the Notorious in Las Vegas three years ago there have been rumours of a rematch.

But in a recent video on social media Mayweather claimed that McGregor "didn't want this".
