Conor McGregor's dad Tony celebrates another small Lotto win

Tony McGregor received a financial boost ahead of the weekend after winning €500 on the Lotto's Millionaire Raffle.

The father of UFC star Conor revealed his delight over the win on social media.

He posted a photo of a number of €50 notes on his Instagram story, with the caption: "Back O' The Net".

It comes a month after Tony pocketed €83 from two Lotto draws - €78 from the Lotto and €5 from the Euromillions.

A clip of Tony complaining about 'coinage' went viral two years ago after he received €17.30 change in coins from purchasing a €2.70 DART ticket with a €20 note.

In a bizarre video, he complained that he had nowhere to put so much coins in his “slim-fit, hand-fitted Hugo Boss suit”.

It prompted someone to set up a GoFundMe account to pay for a Leap Card for the father of three.

Conor donated €5 to the fund, commenting: “F*** sake Da, take me bleedin Lamborghini (lambo) next time!”

Speaking a number of months after the video went viral, the UFC star said: "I'll tell you what I'm thinking. I'm thinking 'Where’s me ma to get that man’s phone out of his bleedin hands?' Somebody get that man's phone off him!"

The Notorious is currently in Dubai to prepare for his UFC bout with Dustin Poirier.

The former two-weight champion faces the American in Abu Dhabi in the early hours of January 24.
