Conor McGregor responds to fan who accused him of being on drugs in bizarre video

Conor McGregor hit back at a fan who asked "what he was using" during a recent viral video, declaring that he was drinking his brands of alcohol and using his own pain spray.

The legendary UFC fighter, who was the first to win world titles simultaneously at two weight classes, posted a number of wacky messages to social media this weekend, leading some fans to speculate if he were under the influence.

But per The Mirror, he insisted that he was simply drinking his Proper Twelve whiskey and Forged Irish Stout, while healing injuries with Tidl body spray.

He had shared a video of himself showing off his muscles while flexing shirtless in the mirror, which was viewed over two million times, when a fan asked "What are you using? I want some of that."

He captioned the video 'the most power twitter's ever seen", before sharing a video where he repeated that phrase ten times in various accents.

McGregor, known to respond to fans on social media, responded to the fan by writing: "Proper Twelve and Forged Irish Stout. Served alongside my own, organically grown, Irish beef, served on a hot stone." He added that he was also using his own spray Tidl "for pain".

The Dubliner is currently in the Dominican Republic on set of Jake Gyllenhaal's new film Road House, where he is set to make his big screen debut.

He has told fans on social media that he is joined by his fiancee Dee Devlin and kids Conor Jr, Croia and Rian, and declared that he "can’t believe they're paying" him to appear in the movie.

He shared a photo to Instagram of a selfie with he and Devlin with Conor Jr, captioning that the other two kids were at the beach. "Whole crew in tow," it read. "The loves of my life! My other two kids are at the beach with Nanny Mandy. God bless Hollywood, I can’t believe they paying me for this."

McGregor has previously insisted he is not a celebrity and that he doesn't care for the trappings of fame, but has leaned into his status as a star since taking an enforced break from training and competition due to his broken leg.

He suffered the horror injury during his trilogy bout with Dustin Poirier in July of last year, and has travelled the world chopping it up with a number of A-listers.

He has been seen hanging out at a plush Los Angeles hotel with platinum-selling recording artist Justin Bieber, as well as rappers such as 2Chainz.

And earlier this year, he popped to the Cannes Film Festival with Devlin for the premiere of Baz Luhrmann's Elvis biopic, where he was pictured hanging out with pop music icon Kylie Minogue.

McGregor is expected to get back in the octagon next year, once he has been fully cleared for competition by a doctor.

He is all but back training, although he has yet to have a full MMA spar, and has been seen at the SBG Ireland HQ in Dublin before heading off for filming.
