Conor McGregor posts hard-sparring video ahead of potential comeback

Despite being on a family holiday, Conor McGregor has been working hard in an American gym ahead of a possible UFC return.

The Notorious took to Instagram to show off his intense fighting training.

The 30-year-old UFC fighter, along with his partner Dee Devlin and their two children Conor Junior and Croia, has been stateside for the past few weeks.

The footage shows McGregor in three different segments fighting with a sparring partner.

It is no secret that the 30-year-old is one of the most popular athletes on social media, and post has been liked almost a million times, and seen by his 30.2 million followers on the social media platform.

He is training with SBG teammate and amateur MMA fighter Nikolay Grozdev, who he has previously been seen working out with.

Meanwhile, McGregor took to Twitter yesterday to wish Kron Gracie well in his UFC debut.

McGregor said: "Very excited to see Kron Gracie compete tomorrow in the UFC. Son of Rickson, partner of Diaz. So much lineage. Very proud and exciting moment here for the prestigious Gracie family. Remember that without this family, none of us would have a job we loved. Good luck and Respect."

McGregor is currently serving a six month ban from the sport for his part in the brawl that marred his UFC 229 fight withl Khabib Nurmagomedov.

And he has been enjoying some family time during the ban, enjoying the sun with girlfriend Dee Devlin and children Conor Jr and Croia.
