Conor McGregor offers to host fight between Justin Bieber and Tom Cruise

We live in a weird world. One minute you’re watching Game 6 of the Stanley Cup Final between the Boston Bruins and the St. Louis Blues and the next you’re reading a tweet by Conor McGregor who’s offering to host a fight between Justin Bieber and Tom Cruise.

Yes, that is something that just happened to me and left me wondering what in the world is going on. The Biebs tweeted out that he wants to fight Cruise (I have no idea why) in the Octagon and asked Dana White to host it.

Then McGregor jumps in (you gotta think some PR folks from both sides had something to do with this) saying he’d love to host the fight if Tom Cruise accepted the fight.

I mean, what in the world is going on here? Is this real life?

Here’s Bieber’s tweet:

I wanna challenge Tom Cruise to fight in the octagon. Tom if you dont take this fight your scared and you will never live it down. Who is willing to put on the fight? @danawhite ?

If Tom Cruise is man enough to accept this challenge,
McGregor Sports and Entertainment will host the bout.

And here’s my take on this fight if it ever happened:

I’d take Tom Cruise with all my money. Sure, the dude is 56 years old but he’s still doing all his crazy stunts in all of his wild movies. He has some training in martial arts, and he’s not afraid of anything.

What’s Bieber gonna do? Hit you with a sad song about a breakup?

Cruise all day any day.
