Conor McGregor news: Sylvester Stallone willing to help Notorious get shares in UFC

Conor McGregor deserves his own shares in the UFC, according to movie legend Sylvester Stallone.

The Notorious has long been badgering UFC chief Dana White for a slice of the pie.

But so far it has fallen on deaf ears with White recently insisting that McGregor needs to stump up the cash if he wants shares in the organisation.

McGregor has an ally in Rocky star Stallone though with the 72-year-old saying he will help the Crumlin man.

Stallone was one of 23 people who bought shares in the UFC when it was involved in a £4billion takeover back in 2016.

And asked by TMZ Sport if he would "give him a little piece of yours", Sly replied "of course".

It comes as  McGregor threw a huge bash for his son's second birthday last Sunday.

The UFC star rented out a Dublin ‘Party Zone’ for Conor Junior's big day and invited along their friends and family.

Birthday boy Conor Junior is growing up fast and his mother Dee Devlin held him up in the air to blow out the candles on his customised ‘Boss Baby’ cake.
