Conor McGregor hits out at "smelly inbred" Hasbulla in unprovoked attack

Conor McGregor has vowed to kick internet sensation Hasbulla "over a goal post" in his latest Twitter rant.

McGregor, 34, went after the Russian in a series of now-deleted tweets. It's unclear what caused McGregor to lash out at Hasbulla, who has growth hormone deficiency (GHD), but the 19-year-old is good friends with his former UFC rival Khabib Nurmagomedov. Hasbulla also recently named his pet chicken 'Conor McGregor' in a dig at the former two-weight champion.

Hasbulla has become a popular figure in the MMA world and is good friends with several fighters. McGregor is by no means a fan of him though, as he tweeted: "I’d love to boot that little g**p Hasbulla over a goal post. How much to get him on the volley? I’m gonna make it my mission to score a three pointer with him one day, hon the GAA," McGregor wrote in reference to Ireland's Gaelic Athletic Association. The UFC star then went a step further by labelling Hasbulla a "little smelly inbred" before deleting all of the tweets.

It didn't take long for the 19-year-old to fire back at McGregor, writing: "I don’t follow bums… didn’t know someone was running their mouth, @ me next time". Hasbulla then mocked McGregor's record whilst labelling himself "undefeated", before challenging the Irishman to meet him at UFC 280 in October. "I have my UFC contract now, if Conor McGregor is really a man… see me in Abu Dhabi. Got smashed by Khabib already. Guess his money from Mayweather ran out and he needs more attention".

Hasbulla is currently on tour in Australia and recently spent time with UFC featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski. The internet star pranked Volkanovski as the pair ate dinner together, wiping a burger in his face. Volkanovski is on good terms with the Russian however as he came to his defence following McGregor's attack, writing to the Irishman: "You’ll have to go through me first, leave my mate alone."

Hasbulla became an internet star two years ago when he posted videos of himself to TikTok doing dares and stunts. Videos of the Russian have amassed over two billion views and he has over three million followers on Instagram. Hasbulla has a fierce rivalry with fellow social media celebrity Abdu Rozik, who also has growth hormone deficiency.

UFC boss Dana White was encouraged to allow the pair to settle their differences inside the octagon, but he said Hasbulla's father was against the idea of him fighting in a cage. "I don't know if he wants to get involved," White said on Pardon My Take. "From what I hear, his father is super protective of him. If that's the case, you don't want your kid fighting."
