UFC star Conor McGregor believes his sons can follow in his footsteps and enter the fight world when they are older.
McGregor has three children with fiancée Dee Devlin - Conor Jr, Croía and Rían - and the fighter was asked on Twitter about the possibility of his first born following in his footsteps into the UFC in future.
While he did say that he would be happy and supportive regardless of what his children choose to do, McGregor was high-spirited about the chance of that happening in his response, and also mentioned that his youngest son Rían could follow a similar path:
"That kid of mine is going to do whatever he wants in this world," McGregor said.
"I will support him all the way tho (sic) whatever he chooses! I feel he will do it tho.
"I feel his younger brother Rían will also. Interesting times ahead.
"I will be happy just as long as they are happy."
McGregor is currently recuperating following surgery to repair a fractured tibia and fibula in his left leg after suffering the injury in his UFC 264 loss to Dustin Poirier.

He has been spending time with family in L.A in recent weeks as he continues his rehabilitation.
