Conor McGregor has already planned his son Conor Jr's 21st birthday present.
The UFC star's son is just three years old but his father already has a boozy gift planned for 18 years' time.
The Dubliner told the Weighing In podcast that he has barrels of his Proper No. Twelve whiskey 'boxed off' for his son.
"I’m already a very wealthy man and it is only going to go up, make no mistake about it," McGregor said.
"This year I have aspirations of being the number one highest-paid athlete on the Forbes list.
"I believe I will do it and times are good and the whiskey is better. It is a phenomenal liquid and it is only a four-year age, it’s our first launch so wait until we get to eight yeasr, wait until we get to 12 years, wait until we get to 21 years.
"I actually have barrels of the stuff boxed off for my son and it is signed to my son that I am going to gift to him on his 21st birthday so he’s going to walk into a 21-year aged Proper 12 empire.
"I’m very excited to gift him that and I’m even more excited to taste it myself."
McGregor officially launched his whiskey business in 2018 and it has become the fourth-most popular whiskey worldwide, behind Jameson, Tullamore Dew and Bushmills.
Multimillionaire McGregor is set for another big payday in eight days' time when he clashes with Dustin Poirier at UFC 257 in Abu Dhabi.
213,800 cases of Proper No Twelve were sold in 2019, a huge increase from just 38,200 in the prior year.
Forbes estimates that the Dubliner earned €40.5 million in total last year and ranked McGregor 16th in their World's Highest-Paid Athletes 2020 category last May.
