Chelsea playmaker Conor Gallagher has shone during his loan spell at Crystal Palace

The midfielder, on loan from Chelsea, has dazzled at Selhurst Park and bagged a fine brace in the win over Everton at the weekend to take his tally of top-flight goals for the season to six.
Gallagher is Palace's top scorer so far this term and earned a first call-up to the senior England squad following his superb performances.
Now Vieira is adding to the hype with a comparison to two icons of the Premier League as well as hailing the 21-year-old as a "manager's dream".
"Conor has this passion for the game when he is on the field like a Ray Parlour, but I would say he has maybe the quality finishing of a Frank Lampard," said the Palace boss.
"It is a manager's dream to have a player like Conor because when he is on the field, he will give everything. He is focused, concentrated and will always give his best. This is something that for me is really important."
Gallagher had a number of clubs to choose from when leaving Chelsea on loan during the summer but Vieira feels the midfielder made the right call in joining Palace.
"I believe there were so many clubs around him and he made the right decision because he is playing," said Vieira. "He is playing well and I think he is surrounded by people in this football club who look after him really well, that give him the confidence to express himself."
