Conor Coady continues Everton celebrations with 30th birthday party at Liverpool hotel

Everton defender Conor Coady carried on the celebrations from the Blues' important 1-0 win over Leeds United at a party for his 30th birthday.

The on-loan defender, who reaches the milestone birthday on February 25, featured for Sean Dyche's side yesterday as they picked up their second win of the 51-year-old's era.

Seamus Coleman fired home from a tight angle past a bewildered Illan Meslier, which proved to be the game's only goal.

Defeat for the Whites saw them slip into the relegation zone as Everton moved away from the bottom three ahead of the visit of Aston Villa next weekend.

Coady's Saturday wasn't finished there after 90 minutes in front of a jubilant Goodison Park crowd though, as he later joined his family and friends at the Titanic Hotel.

The famous hotel placed within the Liverpool docks on Regent Road is close to the new Everton stadium, built across the road on Bramley-Moore Dock.

It was a plush setting in the hotel's event room with a Great Gatsby theme as there was a band, saxophone players and fireworks in the neighbouring dock among the entertainment.

For the partygoers there was also a football-inspired cocktail list with the likes of a 'Conor Coady cocktail', 'Keep it on the Pitch' and 'the Yellow card' available.

The afternoon's match-winner and Republic of Ireland international plus Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale was also among the attendees after the Gunners moved back to the top of the Premier League.
