Conor Bradley signs new Liverpool contract as Northern Ireland teen continues to impress at Anfield

Northern Ireland's Conor Bradley has signed a new long term contract with Liverpool.

The right back was included in the Reds' pre-peason training camp in Austria and featured in their friendly against Stuttgart last week.

Speaking after his debut he said he was “Just incredibly proud".

“Obviously I’ve supported this club all my life, so to get my first-team debut – only a friendly match – but just incredibly proud," he told the club website.

He spent most of last season with Barry Lewtas’ U23s squad, scoring his first goal at Premier League 2 level against West Ham United in March.

Bradley also played in Marc Bridge-Wilkinson’s U18s team who made it all the way to the FA Youth Cup final.

The Castlederg man was handed his senior international debut back in May 30 in a friendly win over Malta as part of Ian Baraclough's "fast-tracking" scheme.

He arrived at Liverpool from Dungannon Swifts as an attacking player but Bradley showed his versatility and was was converted to a right-back with the ability to push forward.

As a teen he captained Northern Ireland's Under-16s to Victory Shield success in November 2018 after a 3-1 win over Wales.
