Conor Bradley named in Liverpool starting XI to face Stuttgart

Northern Ireland youngster Conor Bradley will make his first senior appearance for Liverpool on Tuesday evening.

The teenager is part of Jurgen Klopp's pre-season training camp in Austria has been named in the starting XI to face Stuttgart.

The defender will line up alongside some household names including Mo Salah, Sadio Mane, new signing Ibrahim Konate and James Milner as Liverpool split their playing squad across two games.

His former club Dungannon Swifts took to social media to say: "Good luck to Conor Bradley!!"

The match against Stuttgart is due to kick-off at 5.45pm and will be broadcast live on LFCTV GO.

The Castlederg man was handed his senior international debut back in May 30 in a friendly win over Malta as part of Ian Baraclough's "fast-tracking" scheme.

He is clearly thought highly of at the club and last summer he was handed a three year deal.

There has been speculation Wales international Neco Williams could be allowed to leave Anfield, meaning Bradley could potentially become chief support for the right-back position behind Trent Alexander-Arnold.

Game 2v Wacker Innsbruck (4pm): Karius, Alexander-Arnold, Matip, Davies, Beck, Clarkson, Morton, Cain, Gordon, Origi, Minamino.
