Connor Goldson admits Rangers look a shadow of the side that romped to the title last term.
The Ibrox defender was gutted at the miserable Champions League exit to Malmo and insisted the Premiership champions' current form is falling short.
Goldson said: “We’re not doing things right at either side of the pitch at the moment.
“We just don’t look the same team as last season and that has to change quickly.
“The support was unbelievable and we sent them home disappointed. We’re disappointed. We said before the game we had a massive chance of making this a memorable night, and we failed to capitalise on it.
“It’s our fault. The people on the pitch, no one else. We can’t blame management or tactics. It was a game in our own hands and we threw it away.
“It hurts. It’s hard to say. You can’t give away goals like we did at this level.
“We did it in both legs and when you do that you don’t deserve to go through.
“I don’t think you can blame people for missing chances. We played against 10 men for 45 minutes and lost 2-0 in the second half.”
