A window was smashed and paint was thrown at a house in Belfast in a race hate attack.
The home on Connaught Street was targeted on Tuesday night and police are treating it as a racially motivated hate crime.
Sergeant Boucher said: “Shortly after 11:10pm, it was reported that a window was smashed at a house in the area. It was also reported that paint was thrown over the front door of the property.

“Enquiries are continuing and at this stage, we are treating this incident as a racially motivated hate crime.
“We would appeal to anyone who witnessed anything suspicious in the area is asked to contact police on 101, quoting reference number 1617 23/4/19. Alternatively, information can also be provided to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 which is 100% anonymous and gives people the power to speak up and stop crime.”
