BENGALURU: Congress workers on Tuesday staged protests against the raids conducted by the Anti-Corruption Bureau at five different locations in Bengaluru related to Congress MLA BZ Zameer Ahmed Khan including his residence.
One of the supporters of the MLA poured kerosene over himself and tried to set himself ablaze.
Earlier, the ACB registered a case of disproportionate assets against Zameer Ahmed, on the basis of an Enforcement Directorate report and conducted raids at five locations, including Sadashiva Nagar, Banashankari, Kalasipalya and his residence in Bengaluru Cantonment, ANI quoted ACB as saying.
