Confirmed West Ham team vs Leicester City as Jarrod Bowen replaces the injured Michail Antonio

David Moyes has made just one change to his starting XI following the 3-2 victory against Wolves on Monday night with Jarrod Bowen replacing the injured Michail Antonio.

The 31-year-old suffered another hamstring injury and while Moyes would only confirm his absence today, he is expected to miss a number of matches for the Hammers over the coming weeks, meaning a good performance from Bowen could see him earn a run in the starting team.

Declan Rice is another Hammer on the sidelines and is once again replaced in the team by club captain Mark Noble who is making his 400th Premier League appearance this afternoon.

David Moyes on no transfer regrets, Mark Noble and Leicester

Noble will line up alongside the ever-present Tomas Soucek in central midfield in front of a three-man central defence made up of Issa Diop, Craig Dawson and Aaron Cresswell.

Vladimir Coufal and Arthur Masuaku are the wing-backs and Pablo Fornals joins Noble and Soucek in midfield.

Jesse Lingard will have the creative responsibility once again and will start the game behind Bowen in attack.

The versatility of his players mean Moyes can alter his formation as the game wears on and it would be no surprise to see Bowen and Fornals as wingers in a 5-4-1 formation with Lingard playing as a striker.

Angelo Ogbonna has not been deemed fit enough to return to the matchday squad and will be watching the game from the sidelines as will Andriy Yarmolenko, who is also out with injury.

Manuel Lanzini, is still out with a leaving just Said Benrahma and Mipo Oduebko as the attacking options off the bench.

Ben Johnson, Ryan Fredericks, Fabian Balbuena and Frederick Alves are Moyes' defensive options if required, with Nathan Trott and David Martin Lukasz Fabianski's deputies.

Despite saying that Conor Coventry was 'not in his plans' the 21-year-old Irishman makes the bench this afternoon.

West Ham XI: Fabianski; Dawson, Diop, Cresswell, Coufal, Masuaku, Noble, Soucek, Fornals, Lingard, Bowen.

Substitutes: Martin, Trott, Balbuena, Alves, Fredericks, Johnson, Coventry, Benrahma, Odubeko.
