Confirmed West Ham team vs Aston Villa: Michail Antonio starts, Sebastien Haller axed

David Moyes has made one change to his starting lineup as West Ham look to secure a third straight Premier League win when they face Aston Villa at London Stadium.

That change is a big call from Moyes as Michail Antonio starts up front for the home side having missed the last three games with a hamstring. No easing him back in from the bench either as the amnager has thrown West Ham's influential frontman in from the start.

Sebastien Haller is the player to make way despite the Ivory Coast international scoring the winner last time out against Sheffield United in what is a very big call from the manager.

The rest of the side remains the same from the victory over Sheffield United last time out, West Ham's second succesive 1-0 win either side of the international break.

Lukasz Fabianski lines up in goal as the regular number one in front of his now established back five of Vladimir Coufal, Fabian Balbuena, Angelo Ogbonna, Aaron Cresswell and Arthur Masuaku.

Declan Rice and Tomas Soucek once again make up the engine room in the Hammers midfield as Moyes sticks to what he knows best there. Mark Noble is once again on the bench.

Jarrod Bowen and Pablo Fornals are on the flanks of the front three and Sebastien Haller, fresh of his winning goal against Sheffield United, leads the line.

West Ham: Fabianski; Coufal, Balbuena, Ogbonna, Cresswell, Masuaku; Rice, Soucek; Fornals, Bowen, Antonio.

Subs: Randolph, Noble, Haller, Lanzini, Diop, Johnson, Benrahma.
