Confirmed West Ham team vs Aston Villa: Jarrod Bowen starts, Ryan Fredericks returns

David Moyes has made just one change to his starting lineup as West Ham face Aston Villa on the final day of the Premier League campaign.

Ryan Fredericks returns at right back and replaces the injured left back Aaron Cresswell, with Ben Johnson shifting to the other flank to play on the left with Fredericks on the right. Second-choice left back Arthur Masuaku is not a part of the matchday squad with Johnson instead lining up on the side for this third start in a row.

Jarrod Bowen, who limped off at Old Trafford in midweek and was a doubt for this afternoon, has passed a fitness test and starts in the now familiar front three alongside Michail Antonio and Pablo Fornals.

The midfield three remains intact as well with Tomas Soucek starting for the first time since making his loan move from Slavia Prague permanent for £19million. Declan Rice starts, as does captain Mark Noble in the midfield.

The centre back partnership remains the same as well as Angelo Ogbonna and Issa Diop line up in front of Lukasz Fabianski in between the sticks.

On the bench, youngster Conor Coventry earns a place among the matchday squad. Felipe Anderson and Andriy Yarmolenko are also aong the substitutes, as is young striker Xande Silva with Albian Ajeti, who doesn't make the matchday 20.

West Ham: Fabianski; Fredericks, Diop, Ogbonna, Johnson; Rice, Noble, Soucek; Fornals, Bowen, Antonio.
