Confirmed West Ham team vs Arsenal: Michail Antonio starts, Sebastien Haller dropped again

Manuel Pellegrini has made just one change to the team that lost to Wolves as he has named Michail Antonio from the start against Arsenal for Monday Night Football.

Antonio returns at the expense of Sebastien Haller, who has been dropped for a second time in a fortnight having returned for the Wolves game in midweek after being axed for the in at Chelsea three days earlier.

Robert Snodgrass is fit enough to take his place in midfield having picked up a shin injury when missing a gilt-edged chance to draw the Hammers level at Molineux but he has shrugged that issue off to start.

Antonio returns as the lone striker and has the same three players behind that started at Chelsea in the shape of Pablo Fornals, Felipe Anderson and Snodgrass.

Anderson is looking to end a goal drought of 239 days since he last found the net which was in a 2-1 defeat at Manchester United back in April.

Declan Rice and Mark Noble make up the rest of the midfield while the back line is also unchanged - David Martin makes his third start in a row since replacing Roberto between the sticks.

Ryan Fredericks, Fabian Balbuena, the in-form Angelo Ogbonna and Aaron Cresswell make up the back four meaning that, once again, there is no place for Arthur Masuaku at left back.

West Ham: Martin; Fredericks, Ogbonna, Balbuena, Cresswell; Rice, Noble, Snodgrass, Fornals, Anderson; Antonio.
