Confirmed Tottenham line up vs Liverpool for Champions League final as surprise decision made

Tottenham Hotspur captain Harry Kane will start against Liverpool in tonight's Champions League final.

The Spurs' forward has replaced hat-trick hero from the semi-final second-leg Lucas Moura for the clash in Madrid.

Kane's inclusion is a controversial call by Mauricio Pochettino, with the England man failing to kick a ball for his side in over a month.

Spurs' talisman limped off injured during the quarter-final first-leg win over Manchester City in north London, after the 25-year-old came off second best following a clash with Fabian Delph.

Pochettino has also taken a huge gamble by including Harry Winks in his side's starting line-up.  The midfielder, like Kane, picked up a knock in the win over City in April, and went underwent groin surgery as a result.

Lucas Moura, who scored a fantastic hat-trick in the semi-final second leg against Ajax, only has a place on the bench in another surprise move.

Tottenham starting line-up: Lloris (C), Trippier, Alderweireld, Vertonghen, Rose, Winks, Sissoko, Eriksen, Dele, Son, Kane.
