Confirmed: This Nottingham Forest fixture has been rearranged

Nottingham Forest's Championship clash with Millwall in March has been moved for broadcast.

The visit of Millwall, managed by former Derby County manager Gary Rowett, will now be played on Friday, March 6 (7.45pm).

Sky Sports have requested that the fixture be brought forward from its earlier time of 3pm the day after.

Sabri Lamouchi's side are pushing for promotion, currently in third place only four points off Championship table-toppers Leeds United.

They will be right in the thick of it when they come up against the Lions at the City Ground, with Rowett's side harbouring promotion ambitions of their own through the play-offs.

Forest will have just nine matches left after the Millwall game and between now and the match they play Leeds and West Brom in second.

An entertaining 2-2 draw in the reverse fixture back in early December saw Forest recover from 1-0 down at half-time to lead 2-1 in the 88th minute before Aiden O'Brien equalised in the 92nd minute for Millwall.
