Confirmed QPR lineup to face Blackburn: John Eustace makes two changes following Swansea win

QPR have made two changes from the 4-0 victory over Swansea, with a number of defensive injury worries restricting John Eustace’s options.

Toni Leistner misses out through illness, while Angel Rangel has not been risked after struggling with a calf problem during the week. Joel Lynch and Pawel Wszolek come in, with the Polish winger expected to fill in at right-back.

Geoff Cameron is back in the squad after missing out against Swansea, but he is only on the bench, while Jake Bidwell and Grant Hall are not yet ready to return from injuries of their own.

Nahki Wells was an injury doubt during the week but the Bermudian has also been named among the subs, along with youngsters Lewis Walker and Chay Tilt.

QPR lost 1-0 at Ewood Park earlier in the season, with Bradley Dack scoring a controversial late winner from the penalty spot, and Tony Mowbray’s side currently sit five points and two places above the Rs.

Blackburn are unbeaten in the last 14 meetings between the clubs, with QPR last beating the Lancashire side in 1999 when goals from Stuart Wardley and Kevin Gallen were enough to earn Gerry Francis’ team a 2-0 away win.

Ryan Manning opens up on his surprise role in QPR's survival bid ahead of Blackburn test

QPR can secure their Championship safety today if they win and 22nd-place Rotherham lose. The Millers have an away tie at Swansea as they battle against the drop.

QPR: Lumley, Wszolek, Furlong, Lynch, Manning, Cousins, Scowen, Luongo, Freeman, Osayi-Samuel, Hemed

Substitutes: Ingram, Cameron, Eze, Smith, Wells, Walker, Tilt
