Shaqiri and Origi look set to play in a three-man frontline with Sadio Mane in the absence of the injured Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino.
Klopp has made four changes with James Milner recalled in midfield and Joel Matip restored to the defence. Dejan Lovren and Gini Wijnaldum make way.
Youngsters Rhian Brewster and Ben Woodburn are both named among the substitutes.
However, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is ruled out as a precaution due to a slight muscle strain.
