Confirmed FA Cup third round draw ball numbers as Premier League giants arrive

Eighth tier Marine FC are one of five non-league clubs excitedly awaiting the arrival of the Premier League big boys in the FA Cup third round.

The Northern Premier League minnows have knocked out Colchester United and Havant & Waterlooville on their way to the third round.

They could be rewarded on Monday evening with a dream tie against one the biggest clubs in world football when the the 32 ties for the third round are decided.

The 20 teams of the Premier League enter the competition tonight, including Arsenal who won it for a record 14th time in August, as well as the 24 clubs in the Championship.

Crosby-based Marine FC will be joined by four other non-league sides in Monday’s draw.

National League North side Chorley, who have already knocked League One’s Wigan and Peterborough out of this season’s tournament, will be there, as well as Stockport County from the National League.

Only one of the other two non-league teams - Canvey Island and Boreham Wood - will be in the third round, as their second round tie kicks off at 7.45pm, shortly after the third round draw.

FA Cup draw ball numbers

A total of 64 balls will, as ever, be drawn out on Monday evening - although because Canvey Island and Boreham Wood are yet to play their second round match, 65 teams will actually be in the hat on Monday.

These are the numbers for each club in the third round:
