Kai Havertz will lead the Chelsea attack this evening in the second leg of the Champions League semi-final against Real Madrid.
The 21-year-old scored twice in the victory over Fulham at the weekend and that evidently convinced head coach Thomas Tuchel to start Havertz ahead of Christian Pulisic, who is on the substitutes' bench.
Chelsea head into tonight's clash with the slightest of advantages. The first leg between the two sides ended in a 1-1 draw with Pulisic scoring the all-important away goal for the Blues.
Barring the selection of Havertz, the rest of the Chelsea starting XI for tonight's game at Stamford Bridge is very much as expected.
Edouard Mendy starts in goal and the back three is consists of Andreas Christensen, Thiago Silva and Antonio Rudiger, who will be playing in a mask after suffering a facial injury in last week's first leg.
Cesar Azpilicueta is at right wing-back while Ben Chilwell is on the opposite flank. With Mateo Kovacic ruled out due to injury, Jorginho and N'Golo Kante occupy the two central midfield roles.
Mason Mount, as always, is included in the starting XI and will line up on the right of the attacking three.
Havertz will be deployed through the middle and on the left will be Timo Werner, whose pace may prove important if the Blues attempt to play on the counter-attack.
