Confirmed Arsenal XI vs Watford as Cedric continues at right back and Lacazette starts upfront

Arsenal have named an unchanged starting XI from the team that beat Wolves for their crucial Premier League encounter against Watford.

The Gunners face the relegation-threatened Hornets on Sunday afternoon as Mikel Arteta's side look to continue their impressive form.

Cedric Soares continues at right back in place of the injured Takehiro Tomiyasu, while Thomas Partey starts alongside Granit Xhaka in midfield.

Gabriel Martinelli and Bukayo Saka support captain Alexandre Lacazette in attack.

Arteta has named two youngsters among his substitutes, with Zak Swanson and Omari Hutchinson both taking their place on the bench.

Nicolas Pepe, Eddie Nketiah and Sambi Lokonga are a few of the senior options available to Arteta.

Arsenal XI: Ramsdale, Cedric, Gabriel, White, Tierney, Partey, Xhaka, Odegaard, Saka, Martinelli, Lacazette (c).

Subs: Leno, Holding, Tavares, Swanson, Elneny, Lokonga, Pepe, Hutchinson, Nketiah.
