Unai Emery has decided to stay with a back three to try and contain Brendan Rodger's Leicester side this evening.
Nicolas Pepe has been dropped to the bench again in the Premier League as Rob Holding makes his first league start this season.
Holding captained the side that drew away at Vitoria in the Europa League and is joined in the back three by Calum Chambers and David Luiz. They will be playing in front of Bernd Leno in goal.
Hector Bellerin is also making his first Premier League start of the season at right wing-back with Sead Kolasinac down the left as expected.
In the middle of the park, Lucas Torreira and Matteo Guendouzi will be tasked with controlling the midfield battle behind Mesut Ozil who is playing as the No.10.
Arsenal's top goalscorer this season, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is starting centrally alongside Alexandre Lacazette. Aubameyang currently has eight league goals and is two behind Leicester's Jamie Vardy.
Emery admitted before the game that Arsenal could use a back three.
"There is a possibility that we can start with three but if not we can also use it during the match," he said.
"Above all the most important thing is our mentality and to go there thinking 'We are Arsenal' and to go there with confidence.
"Tactically, the players are able to use different systems. This does not change our idea on how we can impose our style on the pitch."
Confirmed Arsenal XI: Leno; Chambers, Luiz, Holding; Bellerin, Guendouzi, Torreira, Kolasinac; Ozil, Aubameyang, Lacazette
