Swansea City and their players are gearing up for one of the biggest days in the club's history.
On Saturday, Steve Cooper's men face Brentford in the Championship play-off final, with a place in the Premier League on the line.

In our play-off final survey, 72.9 per cent think Swansea will win, with 2-1 the most popular score (35 per cent of all fans thought that would be the score).
Twenty-two per cent of fans (135 overall) think Brentford will win - 2-1 is the most popular score again.
And 4.5 per cent of supporters think it will go to penalties.
They have also revealed who their most feared Bees players is - and it's no surprise it's top scorer Ivan Toney. Sixty-three per cent named him, with the next closest category being "none of them", indicating fans' bullish nature.
In terms of selection, the big talking point is who replaces Wayne Routledge up front, with fans opting for Liam Cullen to join Andre Ayew and Jamal Lowe in attack.
