House buyers are being warned they should only view a £14,000 home "from a distance" as it's in such a catastrophic state of disrepair.
The 'condemned' Welsh property is up for sale via auction, and features a collapsed staircase, three missing inner walls and an overgrown access lane.
The home on Ogmore Vale, Bridgend, Mid Glamorgan, could earn as much as £575 in private rent if a brave developer is willing to give it a revamp, according to auctioneers.
Despite the damage, the former owner says the property consists of two reception rooms, a kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Auctioneer Angie Davey for Paul Fosh Auctions said: "The house looks a lot better from the outside than it is inside but make no mistake it's in a real state.
"And even though it's almost the ultimate doer upper and will require all sorts of construction skills, it's creating quite strong pre- auction interest.
"The property has a condemned notice pinned to the front door and we're therefore advising that internal viewings will not be conducted on this mid terraced house due to the very real danger to anyone venturing inside."
She added: "Although we've not made an internal inspection of the house it's fair to say that it'll require a full renovation from top to bottom to anyone brave enough to take on the challenge.
"As the property is unsafe we're not conducting our usual property viewings for bidders on this house.
"Those interested can view the exterior and the garden and also view from the rear lane, entirely at their own risk."
The property, along with some eighty other lots, will be offered by Paul Fosh Auctions in its online sale which starts from noon on Tuesday, June 22.
