Concerns have been raised over polling station access around Croke Park as the Spice Girls will be performing on election day.
Local and European elections are set to take place on Friday between 7am and 10pm while the hit 90s band will be playing their first Irish gig in 21 years on the same day.
Fears have been raised that this might lead to traffic issues which might result in people being unable to get to the polling stations in time.
Local election candidate Anthony Flynn said: “The timing of the Spice Girls concert taking place in Croke Park on election day has raised a number of concerns among potential voters.
“Three of the local polling stations are in or around Croke Park which will lead to huge traffic issues on Friday evening in the North Inner City.

“There are a number of elderly people in our locality that will be going to vote and might not be aware of the restrictions in place around Croke Park that evening.
Mr Flynn added: “Croke Park will be busy from 5.30pm onwards so it also means that many people wanting to vote after work will also be caught up in concert traffic.
“The local and European elections are extremely important to the north inner city and we need to see as many people as possible have their say by voting and I hope that the addition of concert traffic doesn't have a consequence of a low voter turnout."
