Concerns growing for missing Scots woman last seen in Falkirk

An urgent search has been launched for a missing Scots woman last seen in Falkirk.

Police are desperately trying to trace Leanne Beattie who was last seen in the River Street area around 10pm on Friday.

Concern is growing for the 36-year-old's welfare and officers are urging anyone who may have seen her to get in touch.

Leanne is described as being around 5ft 3in in height and of slim build, with short hair shaved in at the sides and the back with blonde through it.

She is believed to be wearing a dark coloured coat, jeans and boots.

Sergeant Niall Chisholm said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned for Leanne’s welfare and are keen to find her as soon as possible.

“We would appeal to anyone with information on her whereabouts or anyone who has seen anyone matching her description to get in touch.”

Anyone with any information is being urged to contact 101 quoting incident 4155 of 19 November, 2021.
