Concerns growing for missing Scots teen who vanished 9 days ago

Scots cops are frantically searching for a teen girl who has been missing from Paisley for nine days.

Jade Murray, 17, was last seen at around 1.20pm on Love Street, Paisley on Wednesday April 5. Jade is known to frequent the Greenock area.

The teen is described as white, 5ft3, of slim build, with long brown hair. Jade was last seen wearing a black padded gilet, a blue long sleeved top, black leggings, white Nike Air Force trainers and was carrying a pink snakeskin bag.

A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “We are growing increasingly concerned for Jade’s welfare.

“We would ask anyone who may have seen Jade or who has any information as to her whereabouts, to contact Police via 101 quoting incident number 1856 of Wednesday 5th April 2023.”
