Concerns grow for woman who disappeared from Fife home two days ago

Police are continuing the search for a woman who vanished from her home in Fife two days ago.

Sadia Saeed, was last seen at her home in Maryfield Gardens, Leslie, in the early hours of Friday, July 10.

The 42-year-old is believed to be wearing traditional Asian dress and black shoes.

Sadia, who lives in the Leslie area of Fife, is described as being 5 feet 2 inches tall with long brown hair.

Chief Inspector Michael Williamson said: “It is now several days since Sadia was last seen and both officers and Sadia’s family are increasingly concerned as it is completely out of character for her to go off on her own.

“Anyone who may have seen her in the early hours of Friday or since then is asked to contact us immediately. We would also ask Sadia to contact us as soon as she can if she sees this appeal."

Anyone who may have seen Sadia, or who has any information on her whereabouts, is urged to contact Police Scotland via 101 quoting incident number 1909 of 10th July 2020.

Cops are also urging the public in the Leslie area to check any CCTV and dash-cam footage.
