He is described as around 5ft 9in tall, of medium build with short black hair.

When last seen, Steven was wearing a blue jumper, grey trousers and black trainers with white soles.

Steven returned to the Partick area briefly at the end of March but he may also have been in Fife recently.

He is likely to be travelling by bicycle.

Inspector Gavin Smith said: “We still have concerns for Steven’s welfare and are appealing for information to help trace him safe and well.

"I ask anyone who has seen someone matching this description or has any information relating to Steven’s whereabouts to get in contact with police.

"I'd also ask Steven himself to contact us to let us know he is safe and well."

Police Scotland can be contacted on 101 quoting incident number 2447 of 16 March.
