Concerns grow for man who went missing in Aberdeen on Hogmanay

Police are appealing to the public for help tracing a man who disappeared in a Scots city over two weeks ago.

Arron Campbell, 36, was last seen in Aberdeen on Hogmanay, wearing a yellow hoodie and black jacket.

The last sighting of Arron, who is 6ft tall with short red hair, was in the city's Union Street on December 31, 2020.

He is known to frequent Aberdeen city centre and also has links to Inverness.

Now officers have appealed to the public for help in tracking him down.

Sergeant Ricky Burr said: "We are concerned for Arron's welfare as he has not been in touch with family or friends since he was last seen on the December 31.

"I would urge anyone who has seen him or been in touch with him since the start of the year to contact police."

Anyone with information should call 101, quoting reference 1489 of January 15.
