Concerns grow for man 'missing three fingers' after he vanishes in Edinburgh

Concerns are growing for welfare of a missing man who vanished in Edinburgh almost a week ago.

Vincent Kelly was last spotted on Windsor Street in the capital before his disappearance on Wednesday, April 29.

Police have now launched an online appeal for information as officers continue to trace the 45-year-old’s whereabouts.

He has been described as white, 5ft 10ins, of slim build and bald with light coloured facial stubble.

Vincent was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, grey trousers and black footwear at the time of his disappearance.

Police have added that he is missing three fingers on his right hand and speaks with a west coast accent.

He also has links to the Glasgow and East Lothian areas.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “Anyone who may have seen Vincent since April 29, or who has any information regarding his current whereabouts, is urged to contact Police Scotland via 101 quoting incident number 1413 of May 3, 2020.”
