Concerns for welfare of missing Canberra man Simon Briscoe

Police are searching for a missing man who has not been seen since Thursday.

Simon Briscoe, 40, was last seen leaving Duffy on the night of April 1 and has not been heard from since.

He's described as Caucasian, about 178 centimetres (5'10") tall with short brown hair and a solid build.

ACT police said the man was likely to be wearing a blue jumper, grey pants and black shoes.

Both police and Mr Briscoe's family have expressed concern for his welfare.

Anyone who has information or has seen Mr Briscoe has been urged to contact ACT police on 131 444 and quote reference 6766729.
