Concerns for safety of two children who are missing

Two children have gone missing after last being seen during the evening yesterday (March 19).

Alfie Youd, 13, disappeared alongside Paris Thorpe, 14, and Nottinghamshire Police says officers are concerned for their safety.

They were last seen together in the Mansfield area at around 7.15pm on Thursday.

Alfie is described as white, of a stocky build and is around 5ft 8inches tall.

He has been described as having short hair of a light brown colour and was last seen wearing a green beanie hat, a green SuperDry hooded jacket, black tracksuit bottoms and black trainers.

He also wears glasses.

Paris has been described as white, of a small build and is around 5ft 2inches tall.

She has dark brown hair with purple highlights which has been shaved at the sides.

Police say she was last seen wearing a black puffer jacket, black shorts or a jumpsuit, pink slip on shoes, a green beanie hat with a dark coloured Nike rucksack.

A Nottinghamshire Police spokesman added: "If you have seen Alfie or Paris or have any information about their whereabouts, please contact Nottinghamshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 707 of 19th March 2020."
