Tasmania Police say they hold serious concerns for the welfare of a 25-year-old woman who has not been seen since Saturday morning.
Megan Jane Springborg is believed to have travelled from her Battery Point home in Hobart to the Huonville area in a 1988 Toyota HiAce van with Queensland number plates.
She is 180 centimetres tall, of slim build, with blue eyes and auburn hair.
Police ask anyone who has seen Ms Springborg or who has information on her whereabouts to contact them on 131 444 or Crimestoppers on 1800 333 000.
