Police in Dumfries and Galloway have issued an urgent appeal to trace a missing schoolgirl .
Ellie Fleming, 14, from Lockerbie , has not been seen since around 7pm yesterday.
Concern is growing regarding the whereabouts of Ellie, who also has connections in the Barrow-in-Furness area in the north-west of England.

Ellie is described as 5ft7in, skinny with blonde hair and was wearing a khaki jacket with fur hood, blue North Face top, blue jeans and green Nike trainers.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers are seeking the assistance of the public in an effort to trace a 14-year-old girl missing from Lockerbie."
