The hunt is on to find a British holidaymaker who has gone missing during a trip to Spain with friends.
Concerns are growing for the welfare of father-of-one Jordan Dean Lindsay following his 'out of character' disappearance on Sunday.
The 32-year-old from Cambuslang, on the outskirts of Glasgow, had been in Barcelona for a few days when he lost contact with his pals, the Daily Record reports.
Jordan's worried dad David Lindsay put out an appeal on social media saying he hopes his son is "just being an a**e".
The hairdresser posted on Facebook : "He has been missing in Barcelona for two days now could you please help him to contact any of us so we know he is OK and get him home.
“The Met Police have sent this message out as he has now been officially reported missing so if anybody get any news please call them with the reference number.
"I can’t thank you enough for sharing and your thoughts. Here’s hoping he’s just being an a**e."
David told the Daily Record: "Understandably his mother and I are frantic but we have not lost hope.
"This is really out of character for Jordan. We really hope there is a simple explanation but we know he wouldn’t do this without letting someone know where he was."
He added: "His friend has stayed out in Barcelona to try and get to the correct channels.
"So we can only hope at the moment.
"So many people have shared the pages, at least we know there is a huge support to find his whereabouts."
