Concern growing for missing English teen last seen in Aberdeenshire

An urgent search has been launched for a missing 15-year-old boy last seen in Aberdeenshire.

Maurice Oneshaujbe has been reported missing from his home in West Yorkshire but was last seen in the Peterhead area, around 10pm on Sunday June 6.

There are significant concerns for his wellbeing as he has travelled so far away from home and officers believe he may be vulnerable due to being associated with people involved in crime.

He is described as being 6ft 2 with a stocky build. When he was last seen he was wearing a green hooded top and black jogging bottoms.

He has also been linked to a silver BMW 335i with the registration number BW15 CCJ.

Sergeant Niall Mullen, from Peterhead Police Station, said: "As time passes, we are growing more concerned for Maurice and his wellbeing.

"He may also be vulnerable due to possible associations to individuals involved in criminality.

"We are appealing for anyone who has seen him, has any information on his whereabouts or that of the silver BMW, to please contact police on 101, quoting incident 2984 of 7 June."
